Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise specified by HKP Tuning & Performance prior to return. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept a return on special ordered or custom made order items. E.g. but not limited to custom painted parts or produced to your specific order, vehicle or liking.
Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so in writing by HKP Tuning’s staff.
If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will contact you for further instruction.
Missing items (if applicable)
You must inform HKP Tuning & Performance in writing within 48h of receipt if anything is missing.
Damages (if applicable)
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all contents of your package(s) upon receipt. Any visible damage of the packaging must be signed and noted with the delivering carrier. All other damages must be reported within 48h of receipt.
Vehicle Fitment (if applicable)
Please note that most aftermarket parts may not fit 100% and minor alterations must be taken into consideration. In case of any major fitment issue, please reach out to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail your request to: email@example.com and
we will send you instruction on how and where the items needs to be returned to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
